In this role, you will play a crucial part in Pomerleau's Earthworks unit, supporting projects ranging from $1.5M to over a billion dollars. With 3 to 8+ years of estimating experience, your responsibility includes analyzing project costs and collaborating with stakeholders like consultants, suppliers, and clients. Your insights will optimize project feasibility and ensure successful bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare competitive proposals for bidding

• Conduct quantity take-offs for materials and equipment

• Validate summaries based on plans and specs

• Review bids from subcontractors during tender

• Propose cost-effective solutions for bids

Requirements:

• 3 to 8+ years of relevant experience

• Degree in engineering or construction management

• Familiarity with civil infrastructure estimating

• Proven skills in quantity take-offs and analysis

• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
