In this Estimator role with Pomerleau, you’ll actively contribute to the bid preparation for projects ranging from $1.5M to over one billion dollars. Your background in civil engineering, combined with 3 to 5 years of estimating experience, will position you to challenge the norms in this sector. You will collaborate with proposal teams and clients to ensure project feasibility and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute actively to the bid process cycle

• Identify labor, equipment, and materials pricing

• Accurately interpret technical specifications with precision

• Perform thorough quantity take-offs for accuracy

• Build strong relationships with trade partners and clients

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years estimating experience in construction

• University degree or diploma in engineering or construction management

• Proven project coordination and collaboration skills

• Strong research abilities for project expense analysis

• Proficient in estimation software
