Position: Senior Estimator in Earthworks at Pomerleau
Location: Lévis

As a key member of the team, you will manage estimates on high-value projects worth up to $1 billion.

Your role involves collaboration with clients and cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring projects are bid competitively. You will also drive standards of excellence while mentoring junior estimators and maintaining critical industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate materials and manpower for decisive project work

• Prepare quantity summaries by trade and specification

• Identify project-specific pricing for labor and materials

• Maintain relationships with trade partners and clients

• Review supplier and subcontractor bids for accuracy

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma in construction estimation

• 8+ years of ICI estimation experience

• Strong knowledge of excavation and formwork

• Experience mentoring junior team members

• Proficiency in estimation software
