In this pivotal role, you will shape estimates on significant projects, ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion, impacting various infrastructure initiatives. Partner closely with the proposal team to deliver comprehensive estimates while acting as a mentor to junior team members, fostering their growth in the estimating field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quantitatively evaluate necessary materials and labor

• Summarize quantities segmented by trades and functions

• Determine pricing for key project components

• Strengthen relationships with suppliers and consultants

• Ensure compliance of amounts from subcontractors with bid documents

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma in construction estimation

• 8+ years in ICI construction estimation

• Solid understanding of excavation and formwork

• Proven mentorship experience with junior staff

• Skilled in estimation software applications
