Clearway, a leading construction firm for over 50 years, is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator. In this role, you will assist in planning, supervising, and executing construction projects while supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent. Your duties will include record-keeping, managing material orders, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and complete construction plans and schedules
• Assist Project Manager in contract administration tasks
• Monitor job sites for compliance with design and building codes
• Research solutions for design conflicts and errors
• Maintain accurate project logs and reports
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Education/College Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid Ontario Driver's License required
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Civil construction experience an asset
