Islington Nurseries Ltd., a respected company in landscape construction, seeks an experienced Estimator to join their team. In this role, you will prepare detailed construction estimates, coordinate with subcontractors, and conduct site assessments to ensure project success. Your knowledge of the bidding process and strong communication skills will be pivotal in managing multiple tenders and aligning estimates with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate construction estimates and takeoffs

• Gather pricing from subcontractors and negotiate terms

• Conduct site visits to analyze conditions affecting costs

• Manage submissions of tender documents

Requirements:

• Completion of a relevant education program

• 3 - 5 years experience in landscape estimating
