Drive mechanical and electrical operations at Pomerleau Construction, managing substantial projects efficiently. Your expertise will ensure compliance and project success from start to finish on budgets exceeding $1 billion.

In this Mechanical and Electrical Manager position, you will work within the Building and Operations team.

Your role involves strategic planning and coordination of on-site activities while addressing compliance needs. You will maintain essential project documents and enhance collaboration among trade partners, consultants, and team members to tackle challenges proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee on-site mechanical and electrical coordination

• Address interference issues by resolving drawing conflicts

• Manage RFIs, shop drawings, and schedules

• Provide mechanical and electrical expertise to stakeholders

• Prepare comprehensive project reports for the company

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of mechanical/electrical experience in construction

• University degree/diploma in relevant engineering field

• Strong track record in team collaboration and coordination
