In this Senior Surveying Coordinator role, you will be central to planning and managing surveying teams across diverse construction projects. Pomerleau’s Civil & Infrastructure team is looking for an expert to improve operational efficiencies by balancing field and HR needs effectively. Your field experience will directly impact resources and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize workforce allocation for all surveying projects

• Address field requests by assigning appropriate resources

• Maintain visibility on resources and project statuses

• Collaborate on recruitment and training of surveying staff

• Facilitate periodic site visits for insight into challenges

Requirements:

• Degree in surveying or equivalent technical experience

• Significant field experience, ideally as a surveyor

• Mastery of surveying tools and techniques

• Strong communication with project leads

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
