We seek a motivated Chief Estimator with 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction. Your proficiency in preparing Class A estimates, analyzing tenders, and advising on tendering procedures will be essential. You will collaborate closely with project teams, ensuring all specifications and requirements are meticulously addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare labor and material cost estimates

• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Create and submit detailed estimate reports and bids

• Advise on tendering and awarding procedures

• Set up and monitor cost reporting systems

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant estimating experience

• Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Dynamics NAV

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Reliable transportation for on-site work

• Ability to work under pressure
