Our client, a leader in infrastructure development, is seeking a Surintendant civil senior
- Projets Hydro-Québec to join their team. As a Surintendant civil senior
- Projets Hydro-Québec, you will be part of the construction management department supporting large-scale civil engineering projects across Québec. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Surintendant civil senior

Location: Québec, QC (Hybrid work arrangement)

Pay Range: $150,000 - $250,000

What's the Job?

• Supervise all site operations, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with foremen, construction teams, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee concrete work, formwork, and reinforcement activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.

What's Needed?

• Extensive experience as a civil superintendent in large-scale construction projects.
• Recognized expertise in concrete, formwork, and reinforcement work.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team mobilization and results.
• Strong organizational and priority management capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel across various project sites in Québec.
