As a Labourer in the Grading Construction team, you will assist with site preparation, including the clearing and leveling of soil and gravel. Working alongside heavy equipment, you will ensure ground elevation meets specific project standards while adhering to safety protocols. Your ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members is essential for efficient project execution.
