In this role, you will assist the Base Crew Supervisor by operating the grader for tasks like digging, back filling, and grading job sites for subsequent asphalt applications. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the grader to level and prepare job sites
• Backfill and dig out as needed with heavy equipment
• Ensure proper drainage on roads and surfaces
• Comply with safety operating practices
• Work 5-6 days weekly during the season
Requirements:
• Preferred experience in heavy equipment operation
• Class 5 driver’s license is necessary
• G endorsement increases hiring consideration
• Dependable nature and work readiness
