In this role within Pomerleau’s Civil & Infrastructure division, you will apply your estimating expertise to projects exceeding one billion dollars. With 3 to 5 years of experience, your focus will be on detailed quantity take-offs and understanding project-specific pricing. Your commitment to maintaining client relationships will support the overall objectives of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all stages of the bidding cycle

• Determine labor, equipment, and material costs

• Analyze technical specifications in detail

• Ensure accuracy through quantity take-offs

• Foster strong ties with stakeholders throughout projects

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years in construction estimating

• Degree, diploma, or similar qualification in construction management

• Proven experience in team coordination

• Understanding of project-specific expenses

• Proficient in computer programs for estimation
