Key Responsibilities:
• Implement HSE management and instructions for the site
• Assist in the development of the health and safety plan
• Record and analyze incidents for compliance
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
• Coordinate safety training programs for workers
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in HSE management in heavy industries
• Degree in Health and Safety or relevant field
• Familiarity with provincial safety legislation
• Experience in construction environments is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
