The Senior Estimator prepares formal bids for Perfection Electric’s technical construction and electrical maintenance projects. This position analyzes tender documents, project conditions, quantities, materials, and labor requirements. It also involves presenting estimates to the Chief Estimator or Project Manager and attending required site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quantity and material surveys
Obtain bids from suppliers
Analyze labor and material requirements
Prepare formal project bids
Present estimates to project leadership
Requirements:
More than five years in similar functions
Good written and oral French communication
Good written and oral English communication
Design-build system knowledge
Ability to manage emergencies and deadlines
Bring bilingual communication, supplier coordination, and bid preparation expertise to Perfection Electric’s senior estimating team.
