Mechanical Estimator Project Coordinator

Mechanical estimating and project coordination define this opportunity supporting commercial plumbing and heating systems across central and northern British Columbia.

The hired candidate will estimate mechanical systems and coordinate project-based duties. Strong organizational skills, requirements management, and collaboration support quotes, bids, and project delivery. Experience with commercial plumbing, construction, and engineering processes is preferred.

• Forecast costs for mechanical and plumbing systems
• Develop project specifications and requirements collaboratively
• Communicate with stakeholders to align project goals
• Produce and manage quotes and bids in progress
• Prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines

• Proven experience in mechanical systems
• Two to three years estimating or project coordination experience
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Technical understanding of building mechanical systems
• Fluent written and verbal English; permanent Canadian work authorization
