In this role, you will manage customer orders, resolve issues via phone and email, and ensure timely fulfillment of backorders. Your proficiency in both languages and understanding of sales processes are essential to effectively communicate customer needs across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and follow up on customer orders

• Manage weekly backorder reports and fulfill shipments

• Maintain product knowledge for customer support

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience

• Bilingual in French and English, mandatory

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
