Customer Sales Support Representative

• Respond to, process and follow up on customer orders by phone or email, including quotes, orders, quantity adjustments, return requests, shipping or pricing issues, and technical problems.
• Process weekly backorder reports: review them, fulfill/ship items and send information to the customer.
• Understand customer needs and communicate them to other departments.
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and their functions for customers.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with Sandvik’s core values and applicable policies and procedures.
• Prepare shipment/transportation of equipment and materials.
• Receive goods and provide logistics support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Post‑secondary education, preferably in a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in French and English (mandatory).
• Previous customer service and sales experience is an asset.
• Industry experience is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales processes, tools and techniques for products and services.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, etc.).
• Familiarity with parts manuals and how they operate.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑changing environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours.

Demonstrates strong customer service and sales capabilities, with proficiency in managing orders, logistics support, and effective communication in both French and English. Familiarity with sales processes and tools, along with excellent computer skills, are essential for success in this role.
