Senior Customer Service Representative

As a Senior Customer Service Representative on the Épargne Placements Quebec team in Quebec City, you will answer client questions about savings products and the website, promoting EPQ products and encouraging digital self‑sufficiency.

Responsibilities

Take calls from clients

Assist clients with savings products and services (such as savings accounts, RRSPs, TFSAs, or RRIPs)

Promote EPQ products

Encourage the use of the EPQ website

Manage a high volume of calls during peak periods

Schedule
The call centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is a full‑time position of 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements

High school diploma

Customer service and advisory experience

Ability to promote a product and service

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Team spirit and the ability to adapt to frequent changes

Ability to handle a high volume of calls
