Halo Car Wash is expanding across Canada and looking for a friendly Customer Service Associate to bring the Halo experience to life. In this role, you will greet and assist customers, ensure a safe operation, and promote various wash memberships. You will thrive in a supportive team-focused environment while following health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and educate customers at different stations

• Address customer concerns as the first point of contact

• Maintain wash site conditions, including cleaning and repairs

• Follow all health and safety protocols consistently

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Positive attitude with strong customer service skills

• Reliability and good judgment in fast-paced environments

• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred

• Previous customer service experience is a plus
