You will manage various responsibilities, including flight bookings, baggage issue resolution, and operational coordination. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will greatly enhance our customer service outcomes while you follow all necessary safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers in check-in

• Answer inquiries about flights and services

• Oversee flight reservation and itinerary modifications

• Resolve baggage claims efficiently

Requirements:
