Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of air, hotel, and ground transportation bookings

• Develop strong relationships with Canadian business travelers

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of reservations

• Execute ticketing and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs)

• Stay informed about Canadian travel regulations and airline policies

Requirements:

• 2+ years in corporate travel management

• Proficiency in Sabre GDS for fare calculations

• Experience with ticketing procedures and itinerary management

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong communication and customer service skills
