Do you want to take part in ambitious projects and play a key role in shaping the future of our cities? NEUF is looking for an Intermediate Architectural Technician to join its interior design team in Montreal. Working in direct collaboration with the Corporate Interior Design Director or an Interior Designer, you will contribute to the production of technical drawings, project coordination, and the design of interior layouts, primarily within the corporate or commercial sector.

Your role will require advanced proficiency in Revit, a strong understanding of building codes and architectural best practices, as well as a creative mindset to develop 3D visuals and tools that enhance the clarity and quality of our presentations.

• Develop detailed technical drawings (layout plans, elevations, details, etc.) based on design concepts;
• Ensure technical coordination with other disciplines (structure, mechanical, electrical);
• Participate in the preparation of documents for tenders and construction;
• Conduct site surveys and integrate the data into the plans;
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and other stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, building codes, and quality requirements;
• Monitor project progress during the construction phase and respond to technical inquiries;
• Contribute to improving design and technical processes by exploring and using specialized software to deliver high‑quality documents.

• Diplôme en technologie de l’architecture ou équivalent;
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, incluant des projets d’aménagement intérieur;
• Maitrise de Revit, Enscape et des logiciels de la suite Adobe (un atout).
