Location: Quebec
Join Sépaq as a Landscape Architect focused on capital projects that enhance the natural surroundings of unique facilities. Utilize your planning and execution skills to ensure project success.
You'll be responsible for comprehensive spatial planning and developing land-use concepts for various projects. This role entails managing site selection, cost estimates, and providing oversight to consultants. Actively participate in project execution to ensure all regulations and standards are met throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement capital projects at Sépaq facilities
• Develop spatial organization and land-use plans
• Ensure compliance of installations and project execution
• Prepare landscape plans and validate project details
• Support consultants and site supervision efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or equivalent
• 8 years of relevant experience
• Active member of AAPQ preferred
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Sketch Up
• Valid driver’s license
