Join us for your first season as a instructor and become part of the dynamic les Sommets Snow School team, sharing your passion for skiing and snowboarding with a diverse clientele! This is an entry level position for candidates with no previous experience with les Sommets instructor team.

• Teaches the basics of skiing including stance, balance, braking, turns and various downhill techniques. Adapts to the level of each student to provide personalized instruction
• Ensures equipment is properly adjusted and safety rules are followed at all times
• Assesses students' skill levels prior to lessons in order to create homogeneous groups and identify specific needs
• Plans lessons adapted to the skills and objectives of each group or student
• Encourages and motivates students throughout the lesson, helping them to overcome challenges and improve their skills
• Completes student progress reports (groups only)
• Attends weekly information meetings

The program includes A Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance certification that is recognized across Canada after one year of employment at les Sommets. Additional course content developed by les Sommets specifically for today's market. An unprecedented price for this type of certification!

Successful completion of both certifications is required.
