Une entreprise de formation recherche un formateur indépendant spécialisé en relation client pour animer des sessions de formation. Le candidat doit avoir 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en formation professionnelle, maîtriser l'ingénierie pédagogique, et être à l'aise avec les outils numériques. Il/elle devra élaborer des supports, animer des sessions présenti elles et à distance, et assurer le suivi qualité des formations.
Ce poste offre une grande flexibilité sur les modalités d'intervention.
