Global Testing Coordinator Role

This position focuses on effective national and international standardized test administration. You will be entrusted with recruiting and managing testing proctors, maintaining site databases, and handling client interactions. Your adept project management and communication skills will ensure that each testing event runs smoothly, accommodating candidates' needs and addressing any irregularities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for standardized test administrations

• Locate and negotiate testing venue agreements

• Facilitate accommodations for candidates with disabilities

• Manage testing personnel and support needs

• Communicate with test sites for coverage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years in a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset

• Prior experience in project management

• English/French bilingualism is an asset
