We seek a skilled Instructional Designer to enhance our training and enablement efforts  will design impactful training programs that simplify intricate supply chain topics and facilitate effective knowledge transfer. Collaborating closely with various teams, your work will align training solutions with our internal and external stakeholders' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging learning content including e-learning and assessments

• Develop hands-on labs to practice real-world workflows

• Apply best practices in instructional design for effective learning

• Gather and verify technical content from product experts

• Document and manage curriculum projects for quality assurance

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or related fields

• Minimum of four years in developing technical training content

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with e-learning development tools

• Good communication skills for diverse audiences
