You will be part of a Reach Ahead Program Team for SNCDSB and be responsible for the online delivery of Grade 9 Religion (HRE
10)
The ideal candidate will have Intermediate qualifications and ideally have experience with the Desire 2 Learn (D2L) digital platform for learning. Previous experience navigating and delivering secondary virtual programming is preferred but not required.
Required Documents:Cover letter and resume of qualifications and experience.
Copy of Ontario College of Teachers - Certification of Qualification or letter of successful completion of an educational program if OCT pending.
Most recent LTO evaluation or most recent appraisal.

Additional Information:The program runs after school October 26, 2026 to May 28 , 2027.
Course delivery will be 3 hours weekly after school of synchronous online support. Program hours will be 4:00 - 5:30 pm twice per week determined by the teacher in consultation with the Superintendent responsible for virtual learning. Regular weekly check-ins with students will be required.
This position is in accordance with Article 19 - Continuing Education of the OECTA Collective Agreement
