Location: Quebec
Join Vestas as a Wind Turbine Site Supervisor and engage in extensive traveling for construction projects. Your key focus will be supervising installation and commissioning at various sites.
This role within the Lead Supervisor Group of VAME CPX will have you ensuring smooth site operations under the guidance of the Construction Manager. You will not only manage technicians' daily work but also provide essential training and mentorship to site personnel, fostering a productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of site operations
• Assist the Construction Manager effectively
• Plan and manage technicians' daily activities
• Mentor and coach site personnel regularly
• Oversee projects from component delivery to service
Requirements:
• Technician Tech III Level or equivalent
• Experience in turbine installations with Vestas
• Proficient in Mechanical Walkdowns
• Strong leadership and computer skills
• Training in SAP and Procore
