A Snapshot of Your Day

As a member of the product engineering team, you will assume project management and development responsibilities for our electrical distribution transformers. You will work closely with manufacturing engineering, procurement, quality, and production teams to meet customer needs. Your leadership, dedication, and creativity will contribute to the team's success in achieving the objectives of our business unit.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Project manager for submission, ordering, and development.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and current standards.
• Document management of instructions and knowledge.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Approval of new components.
• Participate in resolving operational technical problems.
• Perform all tasks related to your duties that are compatible.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Eight years of experience as an electrical engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Hold a license to practice engineering in Quebec.
• Positive, constructive, and professional.
• Autonomous, organized, and meticulous.
• Leadership that delivers on objectives.
• Team player and collaborative worker.
• This position is in a French-speaking environment but requires fluency in English to comprehend documentation and technical terms from international sources, and to communicate with customers, suppliers, or international colleagues.
