To support our growth and our desire to amplify our impact, we are looking for someone to join our Sustainability and Decarbonization team as a Climate Change Adaptation Analyst. In this role, you will put your skills and passion to work on meaningful projects that help our clients achieve their climate change adaptation goals and build a resilient, low‑carbon economy.

About the role

As an analyst, you will work closely with consultants and senior advisors to support the completion of mandates, contribute to analyses, and transform data into clear recommendations that inform client decision‑making. You will participate in several projects simultaneously, exposing you to a variety of clients, challenges, and sustainability issues.

Primary responsibilities
  • Support the team in carrying out projects and implementing strategies proposed for our clients' projects
  • Conduct literature reviews on various topics related to solutions
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and consultations both internally and with clients and the public
  • Perform initial data analysis to highlight important elements
  • Participate in the drafting of reports and presentations based on the analyzed data
  • Keep knowledge up to date in the areas of climate adaptation or related fields (new developments, changes, regulations, etc.)
Qualifications
  • University degree in engineering, earth sciences, environmental sciences, economics, or another relevant field.
  • Relevant professional experience in an engineering consulting firm or in consulting in the fields of climate adaptation or related fields.
  • Skills in data interpretation and analysis in order to present important information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to manage priorities and organize work in a multi‑project environment.
  • Strong interest in sustainable development, decarbonization, ESG, climate change, and a desire to continuously develop knowledge in these areas.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office suite, and data analysis software.
  • Knowledge of Power

    BI and Python code is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of geomatics with QGIS or ArcGIS is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in French and English, both oral and written. #LI-Hybrid
