What are your contributions to the team?

• Support the project management activities of technical projects in the field of Research and Technology.
• Develop, track and update project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain financial metrics, project planning, and other project-related components.
• Establish regular monitoring process with project stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly and monthly presentations covering the progress of the project.
• Elaborate flow diagrams.
• Help improve project management processes (risk and opportunity, change management, project improvement and gate reviews).

• Support the project management activities of technical projects in the field of Research and Technology.

• You are currently enrolled in a university level engineering program or a field related to aerospace.
• You have completed at least two years of the program.
• You have experience and/or have strong interest in Project Management.
• You have strong interest in innovation and technology development.
• You have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• You are motivated, curious and independent.
• You express strong abilities to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and can take leadership when required.
• You have strong communication skills including presentation skills.
• You are familiar and comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• You have experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Design Thinking is an asset.
