Overview  Join Plan Group as a Senior Project Manager for Mechanical Systems and drive project excellence through strategic oversight of construction initiatives while adhering to safety standards.
This critical position requires solid leadership in managing mechanical construction projects, emphasizing time and budget efficiency. With at least five years of experience, you will work closely with teams to monitor progress, forecast challenges, and ensure successful project delivery. Your ability to cultivate relationships with clients and contractors will be essential in achieving project goals and mitigating risks.
Responsibilities   Achieve project targets and deliverables in budget
Provide updates on cost control and project scheduling
Analyze critical path activities and advise project teams
Manage short interval planning and labour progress
Foster relationships with clients, GCs, and engineers
Qualifications   Mechanical Engineering degree and 5+ years in construction

Experience with commercial and institutional mechanical projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
Accubid Change Order experience preferred
PMP designation or in progress beneficial
