As an Automation Systems Engineer, you'll design and program complex systems using PLCs, participate in projects from inception to installation, and ensure optimal system performance. This role caters to both newcomers and seasoned professionals seeking a hands-on, technical challenge. You'll also prepare documentation and support system commissioning on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and program automated systems with various PLCs
• Conduct installations and troubleshoot systems in the field
• Assist in system commissioning at client locations
• Document maintenance protocols for automated systems
• Innovate tools for robotics to enhance productivity
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
• Open to travel, approximately one-third of the time
• Valid passport for international travel requirements
• Familiarity with Rockwell (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens products
• Bilingual abilities in French and English are essential
