In this senior role, you will take charge of hydraulic studies and oversee complex project designs while mentoring intermediate engineers. Your work will directly impact site safety and climate resilience strategies, collaborating with specialized teams to improve mining operations in Québec.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hydrological and hydraulic evaluations for projects

• Review dam breach analyses and develop water balance studies

• Design hydraulic structures, including spillways and basins

• Integrate water management into mine operation plans

• Support climate adaptation initiatives in project designs
Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Water Engineering

• Membership in Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec

• Extensive experience in mining water management

• Strong decision-making and technical skills

• Bilingual:
Fluent in French with English proficiency
