Overview
Elevate your career with Pomerleau Construction as a BIM/VDC Coordinator in the Innovation team. Utilize cutting-edge BIM and VDC tools to support large-scale projects across Canada.
This role requires at least three years of BIM experience within the construction or architectural industry. Support project teams by executing VDC deliverables, managing documentation, and identifying cutting-edge opportunities for project growth. Engage in each project phase to enhance constructability and ensure quality.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and monitor VDC deliverables independently
- Produce and manage VDC and contract documentation
- Identify sales opportunities and additional VDC services
- Provide solutions in decision-making processes
- Train stakeholders on VDC tools and processes
- Minimum 3 years of BIM experience in construction
- Proficient with REVIT, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other BIM software
- Robust knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
- Understanding of building mechanics and construction principles
- Cooperative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
