This role involves supervising instrument development to meet rigorous safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with project managers and clients, adjusting project requirements for optimal results. Use Agile methodologies to ensure effective technical coordination, while tracking progress and managing key project aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with project managers and clients to clarify requirements

• Utilize Agile methodology for project technical coordination

• Track technical actions and manage short-term schedules

• Define effort and monitor estimates for project objectives

• Assist in strategic planning and project cost tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 15 years of experience

• Experience in infrared optical instrument development

• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams

• Proficiency with JIRA, Windchill, MS Project

• Bilingual in French and English required
