Stantec is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Technician to join our dynamic team across various Quebec locations. This role requires expertise in fire safety engineering, hydraulic calculations, and knowledge of NFPA standards. You will engage in projects that improve local communities in institutional, industrial, and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement fire protection systems
• Perform hydraulic calculations accurately
• Collaborate on various building projects
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards
• Innovate solutions to complex fire safety challenges
Requirements:
• College diploma in mechanical engineering or relevant training
• 7 years of experience in fire protection
• Proficient in Hydra Calc software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ASP construction card is an asset
