Position: Performance Engineer for Airbus A220
Optimize industrial performance as a Process and Performance Engineer for the Airbus A220 program in Mirabel, Quebec. Drive continuous improvement and elevate operational excellence in manufacturing engineering.

In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing efficiency and the overall industrial performance of the A220. With strong analytical skills, you'll lead performance analysis and line balancing initiatives. Your work will directly impact production flow and ensure alignment between workstations through effective communication with the Autonomous Production Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead performance analysis and improvement roadmaps

• Design and maintain standard line balancing for production

• Generate final line balancing for each A220 aircraft

• Ensure alignment with upstream and downstream workstations

• Evaluate transverse industrial performance with key indicators

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience

• 3 to 5 years in an industrial or aerospace environment

• Knowledge of production flow modeling and time analysis

• Expertise in root cause analysis methods

• Bilingual in French and English
