Intel is seeking a Thermal Management Design Engineer to strengthen its GPU Platform Engineering team. This role requires expertise in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermal analysis to optimize performance of Intel discrete graphics products. You will collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to ensure successful product rollouts while influencing design from a thermal management perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and validate thermal control features for Intel dGPU

• Design optimized thermal solutions for GPU cards

• Collaborate with firmware and software teams on thermal management

• Explore new technologies to enhance thermal performance

• Document and communicate design efforts effectively
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering

• 3+ years of thermal analysis experience

• Proficient with thermal simulation tools

• Experience with heat sinks in the PC ecosystem

• 3D modeling skills in Creo/ProE or Solid Works
