Responsibilities
Serve as a thermal performance specialist for fleet initiatives
Align performance analysis with business objectives
Support planning of regulatory testing initiatives

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
7+ years of experience in thermal power generation
Deep understanding of performance testing standards
Proficiency in condition monitoring software
Excellent cross-functional communication abilities
