WSP invites applications for an Electrical Technician to engage in the planning and execution of significant projects. This position focuses on the development of plans, quantity takeoffs, and installation specifications in both mining and industrial sectors. You’ll play a vital role in site visits and assist with commissioning activities, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical plans and specifications alongside engineers

• Conduct material takeoffs for project support

• Select equipment and instrumentation specifications

• Participate in coordination meetings for project alignment

• Provide technical support during construction phases

Requirements:

• DEC in electrical engineering technology or instrumentation

• Relevant experience in industrial or mining environments (asset)

• Strong detail orientation and initiative

• Excellent communication skills

• Valid driver’s license
