You will manage key stakeholder relationships and develop processes while guiding your team towards successful project delivery. With mentorship from industry leaders, you’ll help shape the future of our business strategy through your estimating expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership throughout the construction stage of projects

• Develop and implement effective estimating processes

• Evaluate initial cost plans to meet project deadlines

• Manage external contractor bid analysis procedures

• Benchmark industry data in client estimates

Requirements:

• 15+ years in estimating within data centers

• Proficient in all stages of estimating and peer reviews

• Strong business development and negotiation abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to foster strong relationships with teams and clients
