With 8 to 15 years of relevant experience, you'll participate in value analysis and lead cost-related discussions with stakeholders, making a substantial impact on project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize estimates based on established cost coding

• Conduct material quantity take-offs and assessments

• Supervise the work of junior estimators

• Develop pricing strategies for project components

• Evaluate changes during field assignments

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree

• 8 to 15 years of estimation experience

• Knowledge of cost estimation software

• Advanced English and French communication skills

• Practical understanding of construction estimation methods
