This role demands your extensive estimating experience to support our Integrated Project Services team. With projects spanning multiple industries, you'll provide crucial insights into construction costs and collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders. Your ability to analyze technical specifications and develop estimates will be key in delivering exceptional project management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project meetings to assess estimating needs

• Generate detailed cost estimates in UNIFORMAT II format

• Extract quantities from architectural plans

• Evaluate total costs involving labor and resources

• Coordinate studies to keep the price database current
Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or relevant estimating training

• 7+ years in estimating, including multidisciplinary projects

• Proficiency in software like MEANS for estimating

• Bilingual in French and English

• Commitment to ethical teamwork and excellence
