Exciting opportunity for a CAD Automation / EDA Tools Engineer to work with our MILE and Quantum teams! Enhance design efficiency and streamline workflows in analog and mixed-signal environments.
This role involves close collaboration with design and infrastructure teams to support and optimize CAD tool processes. Your experience with scripting languages and EDA tools will be essential in troubleshooting issues and automating workflows. Focus on building reliable environments while collaborating with multiple teams to enhance overall efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, debug, and deploy CAD tool scripts
• Maintain existing automation in analog design settings
• Troubleshoot issues with various scripting languages
• Optimize tool flows in Linux environments
• Work with design teams for scalable solutions
Requirements:
• Extensive experience with Linux operating systems
• Strong background in Python scripting
• Proficiency in Tcl, Perl, or Ruby debugging
• Experience with EDA tools like Siemens Calibre
• Previous support for CAD tools in semiconductor design
