Position: EDA Tools Engineer for CAD Automation
Location: Saint-Georges

Support our design teams as a CAD Automation and EDA Tools Engineer, focusing on enhancing workflows and tool efficiency. This role is integral to MILE and Quantum teams as they navigate analog design challenges.

You'll collaborate closely with various teams to optimize CAD tool usage, troubleshoot issues, and automate existing flows. Your hands-on experience will ensure stable environments for both analog and mixed-signal designs, enabling effective solutions and improved performance. This position requires a strong commitment to enhancing our CAD infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scripts for CAD workflow

• Enhance existing automation in design environments

• Troubleshoot CAD tool issues using diverse scripting languages

• Support tool optimization within Linux environments

• Work with design teams to ensure scalability

Requirements:

• Proficient with Linux operating systems

• Why proficient in deploying Python scripts

• Understanding of Tcl, Perl, and Ruby

• Experience with EDA/CAD tools like Siemens Calibre

• Preferred background in analog design environments
