Join a dynamic team as a Projects Land Representative in Calgary, AB. This role prioritizes land acquisition and coordination to support energy infrastructure projects.
As an intermediate-level professional, you will lead stakeholder engagement and land access strategy for maintenance projects. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure that land activities align with regulatory and company standards.
Your role will balance project planning with effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate landowner engagement
• Assess land risks and mitigate issues proactively
• Serve as the key land contact within project teams
• Manage costs and oversee consultants in land activities
• Develop strategies for complex land negotiations
Requirements:
• 6+ years of land experience in energy sector
• Strong knowledge of land regulations in Canada
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with land databases is an asset
