Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate multidisciplinary estimates using engineering data

• Organize estimates and manage work breakdown structures

• Calculate costs, allowances, and markups for projects

• Engage in material take-offs and value analysis

• Assess client-driven changes on-site
Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree

• 5 to 12 years of relevant industry experience

• Familiarity with cost estimation software

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

• Strong English and French communication skills
